Fun tips to help you stay hydrated all Summer long!

Water is so life-giving, it assists the body in such a beautiful way~ increasing focus, energy, clearing toxins and more. We all know it's good for us, but it can be a little boring at times. Here are some fun ideas to jazz up your water intake and help you and your family stay hydrated this Summer!
INFUSE IT: Cut fresh fruit, add it to the bottom of a pitcher, fill with fresh water and let sit for 30 min in the fridge. Our favorite fruit combos:     Blackberry + Mint    Strawberry + Lime    Orange + Lemon    Cherry + Lime   Grapefruit + Mint + Lemon
FREEZE IT: Take fresh fruit of your choice and dice it into bite size pieces or keep it whole if you would like. Fill an ice cube tray with water and then add in the pieces of fruit. Freeze and enjoy! 
BLEND IT:  Take a 1/2 cup of ice, 1/2 cup of fruit (fresh or frozen) and a drizzle of honey. Blend together for a refreshing Summer treat
